While this case study does a good job of bringing in materials from the TFDD to discuss the original negotiations and events leading up to the signing of the Indus Waters Treaty, there is a lot of room for discussion of more recent developments, such as the discussions between the riparians regarding Baglihar Dam, the role of the World bank in the resolution of the differences and how that decision was perceived by those involved with the project.
