I added flags to this page as an example of their use. If this page was part of a case study, I would probably use this space to elaborate on the reasons I flagged the page. Typically, this might express that the section contained factual errors, and I would elaborate on those errors. I would mention if a section was not particularly complete and needed additional detail to flesh it out. If I was concerned about the copyright of the information provided or the origin of material I could elaborate on this here.
We could then use this discussion page to get additional input from other users and the original author so that collaboratively, as a community, we could repair the problems and create a better knowledge product.
