Other sources for discussing downstream impacts?

There are a number of other recent sources for information on GERD impacts. I think the 2013 IPoE report may yield some additional insight to this case and separating areas with large uncertainties that could be determined via monitoring/measurement/study from those that are out of reasonable scope of analysis.
