Initial thoughts on this case

The Key Questions for this case could be expanded. I would like to invite anyone with interest/expertise to add detail to the explanations for the current key questions. These topics might have some controversial aspects and it would strengthen the various arguments to have additional detail/analysis in the answers to the key questions.
