We have limited resources for monitoring new content and user activity on the site, so all users must apply for accounts, to prove that they are people interested in reading, commenting, and contributing new content to AquaPedia (as opposed to spam bots, or human spammers). Any person who wants an account can have an account. All accounts are approved by someone involved with Water Diplomacy – either a staff member or student assisting with the project.
