About Me
Matthew is a graduate student in the Water Resource Policy and Management program at Oregon State University. He is interested in public acceptance of stormwater injection, stormwater management, and transboundary water conflict management and transformation. Matthew is a U.S. Army Veteran and recent graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where he majored in Environmental Science with a focus in Policy and Regulation.

- Oregon State University Institute for Water and Watersheds — The Institute for Water and Watersheds (IWW) is Oregon’s federally-designated water resources research institute. Its role is to catalyze water research by:
- Assembling diverse research teams and leading interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary water research projects.
- Helping policy makers and water managers collaborate with university faculty as they seek solutions to complex water issues.
- Offering training and access to water quality and stable isotope analysis facilities through a shared laboratory called the IWW Collaboratory.
